E-mail experience documents along with a completed FAA Form 8610-2 to AMT School for review registrar@amtschool.com Example of experience documents: Primary documents are letters of experience, OJT records, and or logbooks. Secondary documents are training certificates, degrees and current mechanic certificates. Upon approval of the documents by the school, register for the course by completing your course deposit of $300. The deposit may be paid on our web site or by calling 305-871-1233 or WhatsApp 305-439-4666.
Complete the student registration form e-mailed to you by our registrar and return the form to the registrar registrar@amtschool.com (form is mailed within 2 business days). After returning the form the registrar we will send you the FAA A&P Study Package. The FAA A&P Study Package is valid / active for 24 calendar months (study package is mailed within 2 business days).
FAA Oral & Practical appointment. We recommend contacting the registrar rgistrar@amtschool.com two (2) months prior to arriving at AMT School to schedule your FAA Ora & Practical appointment. The Oral & Practical appointment scheduling fee is $200. The fee is paid on our web site or by calling the school 305-871-1233 or WhatsApp 305-439-4666.
Arrive at AMT School Miami International Airport / FAA A&P Course. On the first day, pay your balances. Meet with AMT School staff member for final review of your original experience documents. Complete your FAA interview. During the first week complete your FAA A&P Preparation Course classroom / shop and your FAA Written Exams. During the second week finalize your FAA Written Exams and successfully complete your Oral and Practical Exam. Congratulations, your FAA A&P is issued.
